Private Foundation Headquarters

 

A northern California foundation was constructing a three building complex to house their headquarters.  The facility would consist of an administration building, residence and maintenance facility.  Comlink Consulting was hired to acquire the telephone system for the project.  Responsibilities included

  • Indentifying technology applications, solutions, future needs, and requirements.
  • Developed and distributed the RFP
  • Evaluated bid responses and negotiated contract
  • Managed installation

Comlink Consulting was also asked to project manage the installation of the cable, security, and video systems.
