Outsourced Project Management

 

The merger of two national distribution companies resulted in the down-sizing, relocating, and closing of facilities.  Comlink Consulting was asked to provide project management assistance for the corporation’s overwhelmed telecommunications department. Utilizing corporate guidelines, Comlink Consulting prepared recommendations and budget for five regional call centers and distribution warehouse projects.

  • Inventorying, shutting down, and relocating PBXs
  • Acquiring new PBX and Voice Mail systems
  • Placing all telephone orders
  • Providing the on site cut over management

Once the consolidated project was completed, Comlink Consulting asked to audit additional locations to ensure all unused services were disconnected and that the telephone company’s billing matched the actual circuit usage, saving the company over $500,000.00.
